The INtouch system replaces the e-bluey service on 1 April 2017. INtouch messages are alternatives to Forces Free Air Letters (FFALs), known as ‘blueys’, and are also free to send. The service allows users to upload letters, photos and documents via the internet, which are then securely printed and sent to their recipient.
