This week's star of the week is 'Divyana' for showing diligence in her work and always being kind and polite in the classroom. Well done Divyana!

What a busy week it has been! We walked to the stadium to enjoy the 'Queen's baton relay'. Children made us all proud with their behaviour and took part in all the sports including the final run around the lap which made the teachers panic. We were all busy ensuring we had the right number of children. It was good fun. All the children and the adults enjoyed the day very much.

Then we had our school's 125th anniversary on Friday. Thank you all for taking the time to come and celebrate such an important day with us all. We had previous four head teachers who joined us to celebrate. It was a lovely day. I did need two whole days to recuperate from the sun, excitement and the activities. I hope that you all enjoyed the day as much as we did. Special thank you to all those parents who brought food to represent their countries. It was a moment of pride to see how diverse our school is and how proud all children are to belong to such a great school.
