Friends of Marlborough
We have a very active ‘Friends of Marlborough’ fundraising group and always welcome more volunteers or helpers at events. Everyone linked with the school community is a 'Friend of Marlborough', and in achieving the best for the school and community, it is encouraged that everyone gets involved as much as possible. The aims of 'Friends of Marlborough' are to provide meaningful and fun community events, events for children across the school, and to raise money which can be put back into agreed school initiatives and directly benefit the children.
It is appreciated that everyone leads busy lives so whatever time you can give will always make a difference, whether it be planning and organising events, or helping out on 'the day'. Please keep an eye out, through our school newsletters, of the 'Friends of Marlborough' events to see how you can get involved.
Some events we have held include bingo nights, quizzes, and a fabulous summer fete!
