This page should give you all of the information that you need in the event that the school  has to close. School closure will be as a result of an event making it unsafe or unsuitable for children and staff to be at school. The most common events include; adverse weather (snow), heating failure, flood, loss of a major service.

In the event that the school or one of the campuses has to close, the decision is made by the school's leadership and Chair of Governors. It is a decision that is not taken lightly and is always in the best interests of the learning community. Our aim will always be to communicate fully with you so that you know what is going on at all times. We will aim to keep you informed using the following media.
 

• Our school website will be updated to inform you of what is going on. This will be displayed in the scrolling message on the Homepage.
• Hampshire County Council's website will display detailed information of all Hampshire's school closures. The link is on this page of our website.
• Eagle fm (96.4) commuicates school closure information for our area.
• We will use our ParentMail service to ensure that you are kept up to date via text message, and push notifications.
